Negative prefix: re-
Numbers are created by combining a numeral with a power for every digit in the number, then assembling them with the least significant digit first.
Examples:
3 = 3 * 1 = zi- + -n = zin
20 = 2 * 10 = ga- + -it = gait
23 = 3 + 20 = zingait
-2003 = rezingaer
The following vowel collision and consonant collision rules are then applied:

Operators are in prefix notation, with the operands in reverse order of what English speakers would expect.
