Document 6.7: Some Stars

"I found this stuffed in a copy of People magazine," says the librarian, producing what appears to be a page torn from a puzzle magazine. "I don't think it's from a title we get, but I wish he'd show more respect for printed publications." The grid bears the cryptic heading "A cross-sum for the Guest with a little more." Somehow, it doesn't seem like enough to base a solution on. But you pick up the paper, lay it straight on the desk, and get started.

(In a Cross Sums, the number to the left of or above an "entry"--a series of squares--gives the sum of the digits in the entry. Each square contains one digit, and no entry contains the same digit more than once. Zero is not used. More information on solving Cross Sums can be found at http://www.jimloy.com/puzz/sums.htm.)
